Restorative Yoga Perfect for getting your body moving in a slow and controlled way, restorative yoga focuses on deep stretching and mobility. Poses are held for longer periods, often with the support of props, to help you relax and release tension.

Chair Yoga​This practice incorporates assisted standing and seated movements, making it ideal for seniors or anyone with mobility limitations. Chair yoga allows you to enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get down on the floor, improving flexibility and balance in a safe and supported way.
